The client is a leading global banking and financial services company with a rich heritage of over 150 years. Operating in India for over a century, the client needed to fill various roles quickly and efficiently. Talent Worx stepped up to the challenge, conducting a successful recruitment drive for the client at various executive and vice president levels, with a special focus on diversity hiring. 


The key positions to be filled included ServiceNow Process Owner (VP), Java FSD, Senior Engineer, Product Manager, ServiceNow Data Architect (VP), etc.

- Face-to-Face Interviews: Within 72 hours, Talent Worx delivered a list for face-to-face interviews with the client.


- Enhanced Candidate Experience: We sent personalized emails to convey information to candidates, including the interview location, date, time, POC (point of contact), and mode of conduct.


- Customizable Candidate Feedback: We provided interview feedback forms to ensure each candidate's evaluation was thorough and aligned with the job role requirements and to foster transparency and trust among candidates and clients.
